To ensure a smooth transition, we’ve created an onboarding guide to help you navigate your first 30 days at PAGNY.

Upon acceptance

  • Familiarize yourself with the PAGNY benefits, including medical, dental, term life insurance, and disability coverage.
  • Think about your and your family’s healthcare needs in the coming year and consider which medical option may be the best fit.
  • Check to make sure your doctors and providers are in the medical plan’s network. (click All United Healthcare Plans, then Choice Plus).

Sign up for PAGNY Connect, our company-wide intranet. This one-stop, mobile-friendly site will give you the ability to connect with PAGNY and learn about benefits, PTO, 401K information, Paycom, and more, all from the palm of your hand.


Enroll within 30 days of your hire

Visit http://www.paycomonline.com within 30 days of your date of hire to enroll in your PAGNY benefits:

  • Choose your medical, dental, voluntary Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) and disability coverage. If you do not make your elections within 30 days of your date of hire, you will not be able to enroll in coverage until the next Annual Enrollment period.

  • Enroll in the Healthcare or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), if you’d like to participate.

  • Enroll your eligible dependents in coverage. Eligible dependents include your spouse, children under age 26, and same-and opposite-sex domestic partners. Be sure to include your enrolled dependents' date of birth and Social Security number. You will also be required to provide “Proof of Status” documentation for any dependent you add (by uploading the required document(s) to the benefits enrollment site). Failure to do this within the 30-day period will result in your dependent not being enrolled in your coverage. Proof of Status includes a copy of your marriage certificate for a spouse, birth certificate for a child or completed affidavit form for a domestic partner. Note: You will be responsible for paying imputed income tax on the value of your domestic partner’s coverage.

  • Confirm your personal information, including your home address and phone number, to ensure you receive important information from PAGNY.

  • Add your beneficiary designations, as necessary.

  • Enroll in the 401(k) Plan by visiting Fidelity at www.netbenefits.com. Elect your deferral percentage and make your investment elections.
