We build a culture of balance and self-care so that our professionals can stay physically healthy, mentally centered and spiritually content.

To care for our patients, we must care for our health care providers.

We offer our providers with robust benefits and work-life balance unheard of in other health care systems. Our focus on mission-driven medicine and our generous PTO policy gives our providers the opportunity to make meaning both inside and outside our partner hospitals and clinics.

You feel—because you are—making a change in the world when you work with us.

COVID-19 Response

We also prioritize the safety and well-being of our providers.

During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City, we were prepared. Early on, we ensured that our providers had safe and reliable access to testing through systems coordinated by OHS. When antibody testing became available, PAGNY employees of all types—nurses, physicians, consultants, and administrators—had access.

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, we've worked closely with NYC Health + Hospitals to ensure that all of our providers had ongoing access to necessary PPE. Unlike private hospitals, our partner hospitals had ample reserves, so access to supplies was never a problem.

We also launched the PAGNY Relief Fund to support both front-line workers and patients with PPE, food, medication, medical equipment, home health care, custodial care, COVID-19-related rehabilitation, and emotional support.
