PAGNY and NYC Health + Hospitals officially launched a co-branding campaign on March 30th, National Doctors’ Day, to highlight the extraordinary collaboration between our two organizations that is providing superior medical care to many New Yorkers.

The first hospital to display new signage heralding the partnership is NYC Health + Hospitals | Harlem. The signage, which includes banners posted around the hospital and lapel pins worn by PAGNY members, is also posted at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan and will eventually be featured at all six H+H hospitals staffed by PAGNY medical professionals, including NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island, NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx and NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln.

Eboné Carrington, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, said, “Our hospital is proud to serve as the first facility in the PAGNY co-branding initiative that will soon be rolled out across our entire health care system. It is appropriate that, as we celebrate Doctors’ Day, we affirm that together, NYC Health + Hospitals | Harlem and PAGNY make an important difference in the lives of our patients and this community.”

Dr. Bijan Safai, President of the PAGNY Board of Directors, said, “I want to thank Ms. Carrington for making Harlem the first facility to fully embrace the PAGNY brand and to showcase our partnership in such a visible and important way. Everyone who walks through the doors of this hospital will see our co-branding and recognize that it is our doctors who make this institution great.”

Dr. Luis Marcos, PAGNY Chief Executive Officer, thanked Dr. Ramanathan Raju, H+H President and Chief Executive Officer, and Antonio D. Martin, H+H Executive Vice President and Corporate Chief Operation Officer, for their support of the co-branding campaign.” I stand with Dr. Raju and Tony Martin in this tremendous tribute to our doctors,” he said. “We look forward to bringing this branding effort to all of the institutions where PAGNY and H+H collaborate to provide superior care for the communities they serve.”
