Stacy has an extensive background in the Employee Benefits industry, with over 20 years of experience. She began her career at Cigna Group Insurance and Guardian Life Insurance, where she dedicated her first decade to educating employees on their benefits. Later, she transitioned to roles at Paul Global Benefits and Willis Towers Watson, serving as a Benefits consultant. In these positions, Stacy played a pivotal role in assisting clients in developing strategies to enhance their benefits programs.

In 2021, Stacy joined the Benefits department at PAGNY as a Senior Benefits Analyst and was later promoted to the role of Director of Benefits in 2024. In her current capacity, Stacy leads a team comprising two Leave of Absence administrators and a Retirement Plan Administrator. Her responsibilities include overseeing the PAGNY benefits program, encompassing Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Commuter Benefits, and a 401k plan. She collaborates with vendors to devise a benefit strategy that ensures PAGNY's benefits program remains competitive and aligns with the needs of its employees.

Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from NYU’s Leonard N Stern School of Business.
