Dr. Morales is Chief of Dental Medicine at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. He is a graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and received his post- doctoral training at the University Hospital at SUNY Stony Brook. He has over 32 years of professional experience with 25 years dedicated to Academic Dental Medicine. He is currently Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dental Medicine at New York Medical College, School of Medicine and the General Dental Practice Residency program liaison for New York Medical College School of Medicine, Phelps Memorial Hospital and Open Door Family Medical Centers. Dr. Morales also holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He has served as the General Dental Practice Residency Program Director at the School and as Chief of Service at multiple other New York City hospitals. Dr. Morales is a fellow in the New York Academy of Dentistry and the American College of Dentists. He also chairs and is a member of multiple university and hospital committees.
