Cinthia began her payroll career in 2007, and she worked in various Health Care Institutions in the payroll settings. She started working at North General Hospital, and later she moved to Montefiore Hospital where she worked as the senior Payroll Administrator. In 2011, she joined PAGNY where she worked for 10 years in various roles. In her current role at PAGNY, as the Director of Payroll, she provides guidance to the payroll team, assists with all payroll-related issues, and maintains strong communication between departments. She is well-versed in payroll implementations and has supported numerous Financial/Payroll audits.

Cinthia received her bachelor’s degree from the City College of New York, CUNY and later received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance/Human Resources Management from Mercy College. She also holds a Payroll Professional Certification (CPP) and is an active member of the American Payroll Association (PayrollOrg). She is an active member of the New York Metropolitan Chapter of the American Payroll Association, APA-NYM where she keeps informed of all new tax regulations and changes that are happening in the payroll world.
