Overview

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Nocturnist Radiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. The Hospital is part of NYC Health + Hospitals. Lincoln is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award- winning Cancer and Breast Centers.  The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Weill Medical College of Cornell University to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details

We are currently seeking a Full Time Nocturnist to join our outstanding Lincoln Medical Center team within our Enterprise Radiology Department with strong skills in Emergency Radiology, Neuroradiology or Abdominal Imaging and Diagnostic Radiology. You will provide teleradiology services at PAGNY-affiliated hospitals through an alternative work schedule between 10pm – 8am on weekdays and between 8pm - 8am on weekends and holidays with one week on two weeks off. 

 

Emergency Radiology:

  • Interpretation of general plain film
  • Interpretation of general CAT scan
  • Interpretation of general MRI
  • Interpretation of general sonography
  • Teaching residents
  • Providing lectures to resident physicians
  • Quality assurance

Sub-Specialty:

  • All of the above in general radiology
  • Interpretation of specialty-specific plain films
  • Interpretation of specialty-specific CAT scan
  • Interpretation of specialty-specific MRI
  • Interpretation of specialty-specific sonograph

Qualifications

  • Board Certification/Board Eligible in the appropriate board specialty.
  • Completion of residency Diagnostic Imaging and Sub-Specialty training in Radiology, when applicable.
  • CAQ in Sub-specialty, when applicable
  • New graduates from Fellowship and Radiologists already in practice are welcome to apply
  • Status as a provider in good standing in the Medicare and Medicaid programs
