Dr. Pellecchia received his Oral and Maxillofacial training at Lincoln Hospital and New York Medical College. He has 39 years of clinical experience involving all complexities of care. Dr. Pellecchia was the former Chairman and Program Director in OMFS at Geisinger Hospital for 11 years. During his tenure he conceptualized and implemented two resident education programs in Pediatric Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He was the former program Director at NY Medical College in OMFS and is currently the Chairman and Program Director in OMFS at Lincoln Hospital. Dr. Pellecchia is a member of the American Society of TMJ Surgeons and is well regarded as an expert in total reconstruction of the temporomandibular joint both nationally and internationally. Dr. Pellecchia is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as recognition for his extensive surgical background.
