PAGNY obstetricians provide comprehensive care throughout pregnancy, including prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum support.
We provide professional midwifery clinical services, perinatal diagnostic services including ultrasound and/or genetic testing, high-risk pregnancy care, and neonatal intensive care for babies born prematurely or with health complications.

PAGNY gynecologists provide comprehensive preventive and treatment services to patients.
We provide preventative services such as: pap smears, HPV vaccinations, and STI screenings; adolescent gynecology services; management of gynecologic conditions; comprehensive family planning services; reproductive endocrinology and fertility services, urogynecology such as female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery; gynecologic surgery; and gynecologic oncology.

The dedicated teams of providers at each location coordinate patient care using the best clinical practices. Annual check-ups, immunizations, chronic disease control, obstetricians, gynecologists, and family planning are provided at most sites.

NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem provides comprehensive coordinated care for all women. It is the first hospital in New York City to receive the prestigious Baby-Friendly certification from the World Health Organization and the United Nations Children's Fund, and performs on average 600 live births annually. It has also earned bronze recognition in the Cribs for Kids® National Safe Sleep Hospital Certification program, an initiative awarding recognition to hospitals that demonstrate a commitment to community leadership for best practices and education on infant sleep safety. Additionally, Harlem Hospital hosts a federally funded, state-run Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program that focuses on the nutritional well-being of pregnant individuals, new parents, and their children up to age five.

NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi is a designated Baby-Friendly Hospital and has a 24-hour rooming-in for babies and special visiting hours for siblings. Jacobi performs on average 1,560 live births annually. Our full range of gynecology services include obstetrics services, family planning, urology and much more. North Central Bronx Midwifery Program is the largest of its kind in New York City.
