Primary Care Physician

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. Located in Southern Brooklyn, accommodates more than 250,000 outpatient visits, more than 89,000 emergency room visits, and with 371 beds, more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Medical Center and NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine in order to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery. Soon to be the home of a brand new State of the Art Inpatient Clinical Services Building and Campus.

• Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population 
• Academic position which includes teaching residents and fellows 
• Teaching position where day is split between direct patient care and precepting housestaff of faculty 
• Clinical support staff on-site (Pharmacist, Community Health Workers, Dietician, Social Workers)
• Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
• Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders

• Bilingual Spanish or Contonese a plus
