PAGNY facilities recently adopted a new integrated Human Resources/Payroll system: the ADP Enterprise HR v5 (known as “ADP Ev5”). The implementation of this system represents an important step forward for PAGNY, giving our administrative staff the ability to manage human resources, benefits and payroll data in one integrated system. The ADP Ev5 system allows us to get things done quickly and accurately so staff can spend less time on administrative tasks and provide more improved and efficient support for all the members of the PAGNY family.
The installation of the ADP Ev5 system took several months of dedicated effort from the administrative staff at all six facilities, along with those at the PAGNY corporate office. System integration is a tediously painstaking task and our staff took to the challenge with enthusiasm, looking toward the goal of building a stronger administrative infrastructure for PAGNY. While the first phase of the system implementation is being wrapped up, there are several additional components and enhancements planned for the system in the months ahead.
The first enhancement, the Employee Self-Service module of ADP Ev5, is scheduled to launch in just a few months. This module will provide all PAGNY employees immediate online access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to relevant data specific to them.
Employees will be able to view their bi-weekly paychecks, adjust or confirm their contact information, direct deposit accounts, federal and state tax withholdings, and view their annual tax information (W-2s), which is stored for up to three years. All changes made in the secure ADP Ev5 self-service module will automatically feed into our live HR/Payroll system and, where appropriate, will be transmitted to benefits vendors so that their information remains up to date.
