We all know that health care organizations have an immediate, direct impact on their patients’ quality of life. It is, therefore, important to realize that human resource services play a critical role in how the organization functions and how well its patients are served. As a not-for-profit company, we know that a good, proactive HR department can have a significant positive impact on many issues, including resource allocation

At PAGNY, our HR departments partner internally with our recruiting and benefits departments, as well as with our executive staff. To further strengthen our relationship with each individual hospital, we have also partnered with the local hospital’s EEO, legal and workplace violence coordinators, and even with the hospital HR staff. Keeping up these relationships ensures that we can effectively and efficiently work through all of our HR issues. As we continue to ensure that all HR personnel are fully knowledgeable about federal and state laws affecting the industry, we are the go-to resource for those with questions.
