ADP Employee Self-Service Goes Live

As detailed in the PAGNY April Newsletter, PAGNY implemented a wholly integrated Human Resources/Payroll system using ADP Enterprise HR v5 (ADP Ev5). This integrated system allows PAGNY’s administrative staff to manage human resources, benefits, and payroll data. On May 4, 2015, PAGNY launched the first enhancement, Employee Self Service module (ESS) of ADP Ev5. This module will provide all PAGNY employees with immediate online access, 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, to relevant data specific to them.

The Employee Self Service module (ESS) is a combination of technology and organizational change that gives PAGNY employees the ability to interact directly with their human resources data to enquire, review and act upon transactions in the workplace. ESS creates a single, secure repository for confidential HR information and processes. It provides an easy-to-navigate environment that is accessible by all employees, regardless of where they are located. Our self-service portal currently includes an extensive range of administrative services such as employee communications and benefits, and the ability to update payroll and personal data. All changes that are made in the ESS portal will securely and automatically be fed into the ADP Ev5 system, so that all appropriate information will be transmitted to benefits vendors in real time, keeping everything up-to-date.
