Congratulations to NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan and our extraordinary PAGNY staff for being the ONLY hospital in New York City to achieve an "A" grade on the recent Leapfrog Safety Report.
The Leapfrog Hospital Survey evaluates hospital performance, some measures include: medical errors, accidents, injuries and infection when calculating the grades.
